Hey there, and welcome to TXCRants! If you’re here, chances are you’re as fascinated as I am by the twists and turns of modern technology—especially the parts that get us thinking, questioning, and maybe even ranting a little.
Who Am I?
I’m Eric, and I’ve been around tech long enough to see some wild shifts, from the Commodore 64 days to AI models that can practically hold a conversation on their own. I’ve always looked at things a bit differently, questioning what tech can do and, more importantly, what it should do. TXCRants is my space to share those questions, insights, and maybe a few unfiltered thoughts on where technology is heading.
Why This Blog?
This blog is a place for raw insights. I’m not here to sugarcoat things or play it safe. The tech world moves fast, and while there’s a lot to celebrate, there’s also plenty to question. From exploring whether AI could ever truly have free will to diving into ethical dilemmas about AI-human relationships, I’m here to dig deeper.
What’s Coming Up?
So, what can you expect from TXCRants? I’ll be sharing everything from project updates on my hands-on AI experiments to thought pieces on the bigger picture—like what it means if AI becomes conscious or how society might adapt to a future where humans and AI are fully integrated. It’s a little bit science, a little bit philosophy, and maybe a touch of sci-fi, all mixed together.
